Cast-iron Fireplaces Direct have been involved in the import and distribution of cast-iron fireplaces and accessories for two decades and we pride ourselves on providing the best quality products at competitive prices.
By using the same foundry for many years and with the assistance of our own workshops where we grind, file, polish and spray paint our cast-iron products we can ensure that our products arrive in a pristine condition.
We also have our own delivery vehicles and drivers to ensure that our products are delivered intact and professionally across the UK mainland rather than arriving by carrier leaving a heavy pallet left on your driveway.
Deliveries may take about 15 days to arrive, depending upon our driver rotas and your delivery address, but we strive to ensure that your goods will arrive in a satisfactory condition and be placed exactly where you want them.
Whilst we are involved in the full journey of your fireplace up until it arrives to your home, we do not install them. These are usually fitted by local qualified installers (HETAS approved for solid fuel, GAS SAFE for gas etc.) but we will not just abandon you here. We can offer you or your installer technical advice about our products as well as a lifetime warranty on your cast-iron fireplace excluding consumable parts such as grates, bricks and ash pans and of course general where and tear to the painted or polished finish which can easily be refurbished.
Cast-iron Fireplaces Direct also focus very much upon your complete fireplace package by offering a range of beautiful solid oak and pine mantelpieces polished inhouse, sturdy granite hearths with bespoke sizes available using our very own cutting and polishing facilities. We can also provide you with a range of gas and electirc fires, spares and accessories.
Whilst the service we provide may not always mean we are the cheapest in price, what we can guarantee is that all of our products will fit together whether or not you mix and match and that we will have handled and seen your fireplace in the flesh, which is surprisingly unlikely these days when you buy products online. We will also provide you with the aftersales support, technical advice and of course the warranty we are confident to offer you due to the quality of our fireplaces.
