Returns Policy
Goods maybe returned to Cast Iron Fireplaces Direct within 30 days of delivery providing they are in a new and unused condition. Returned items must be packaged using the original packaging where possible and packaged to a similar protective standard.
Goods should not be returned to our premises without previous notification and our consent in writing. Responsibility will not be accepted for any goods returned without such consent. Communication should be sent by email via our Contact Us page or through our sales office Monday to Saturday telephone 0044 (0) 191 4974298.
Upon arrival of expected goods, in a satisfactory condition, a refund minus the original carriage charge will be given. Refunds will be notified via email and will normally be processed within 10 working days after arrival of the returned item.
If goods are returned because they have been sent in error or have arrived in an unacceptable condition, Cast Iron Fireplaces Direct will pay for carriage costs and arrange collection.
